none do really

i'm doing sandswept delta atm though there might be better areas that i'm not remembering. harpy's roost gets fairly decent amounts of fallout streaks but that's slow going. you can stick to training grounds or the 2nd level for neutral creatures, and the 2nd level has sakura owls sometimes.

And Ruby Webwings show up in the first level, they're arcane aligned.

The Waterway seems to enjoy throwing insane amounts of Arcane enemies at me in the form of Sunset Lashers and Scarlet Flycatchers. But it may just be painfully aware that my best grinders are all Lightning...

Training Fields are your best bet because of the neutral creatures and the Ruby Webwings, in conjunction with the low hit points (~200-225) of the enemies there. If you have even one dragon at level 15 with good strength and quickness, you should be able to one-hit Scratch everything you see there.

(Though I don't believe they've announced the skin contest winners yet, which means no chests, which means the Coliseum may not be dropping currency yet. I think that's something they have to update manually.)

Probably the same situation they had with Thundercrack, iirc. The familiar isn't finished yet, but it'll likely be added before the end of the day. Tomorrow at the latest.

Yeah, I figured it would be added later (and has been now), it was just a little disappointing because the familiar's always my favorite part of the festival rewards.
