If you have two dragons in your party with ambush, does it just... ignore one of the ambushes? Because I have two, and only one of them seems to be ambushing...

Gee, I... don't know... Captain Kirk... maybe you should... ask Mr. Scott about your... technical problems...

Okay, it was a stupid question. I guess I just wanted to know if it's supposed to be that way, or if it's a bug. I'm assuming the former, in which case, wish I'd known that before I wasted the other ambush stone.

So, does anyone know how it determines which one ambushes?

from my experience it seems to determine ambush by which slot I put the dragon in. I think it's the right slot/bottom slot that sets who attacks first but I don't entirely remember because I'm not looking at it.

I read somewhere that ambush is broken and you have to put two on one dragon to make it work.

which just makes that one dragon ambush twice ime

Huh, it seems to be working for me, in that I have one dragon that currently gets two turns in a row right at the beginning of battle, when he's not that much faster than everything else....

I have two ambushes each on two dragons. One dragon goes, then the other goes twice, then normal turn order based on quickness after that. Putting two ambushes on helped ambush worked a lot better for me.

I have 2 dragons with 2 ambushes each with good quick stats, one dragon goes 3 times, the other 2 times before the enemy attacks. Before they had that many ambushes, adding 1 to each made them go first, one of them going twice before the enemy.

However, if people are having issues, the stones must take Quick stats into consideration. Next time you level up, bump up that stat a bit and see what happens.
