it's not the worst entry by far but the custom skins rules do say you're not allowed to mess with the shadow layer beyond changing the color

making a point of saying they left it intact (even though they go on to contradict themselves two words later) makes me think that they did in fact read the rules, they just decided "altering" didn't count for some reason

I thought 'altered' in this case meant 'color changed', but possibly not altogether to the same color, to recreate the fractured look they've got for the dragon
