IIRC it has to do with the site being unable to read links with & in the URL. I have this trouble in my profile, too. I don't think there's anything you can do. You can probably use tinyurl to make a new URL, but the site would probably give a YOU'RE LEAVING FLIGHT RISING warning if you do.

It does give that page, but it's what everyone does. Just go for it, and if you're worried about people not visiting because it has that leaving page, just add a sentence that it's returning back to FR.

Oh, yeah, I know it still goes to the page, but knowing how the average internet user works, if they click a link and see that page they'll probably not go on, even if you put a note, 'coz people will overlook it.

BUT at the same time, it's still better than no one going to your page at all, so why not do it. I just haven't because I've been too lazy.

Use Google URL shortener or tinyurl or something like that. It will mean clicking through the offsite link page but it will actually link to the right place.
