i kind of wish there was a way to have a farm of food within your lair

like, you 'plant' some ivy or release some snakes or bugs, which removes them from your hoard, and a few days later you can collect some more or allow them to grow/breed further

not enough to get rid of the need to gather/use the coliseum/buy food, but a supplement
